Using SPCR

For funders

Verification is public and needs no account. See Verifying a receivable. A workspace is an additional surface rather than a requirement.

If you do have a workspace

Your dashboard is at your own subdomain, for example yourfund.spcr.io.

Holdings. Every pool you hold, grouped by what it represents, so whole assets and each tranche appear separately. Each receivable links to its on-chain record.

History of my holdings. Where each pool has been: registered, sold to you, and sold on again if you have passed it to another funder.

Reports. Waterfall, trustee and servicer reports over your holdings.

Transfer. Sell a pool you hold on to another funder. Same mechanics as an originator's primary sale, and equally irreversible.

Selling to another funder

Two things the buyer will reasonably want, and you can give them both:

  1. The Loan IDs and the pool passkey, so they can verify the pool themselves. If you have the loan tape SPCR generated at registration, that file already contains both.
  2. An address confirmation, proving the vault address holding the pool is yours. See Levels of access.

Handing over the passkey lets the buyer verify the pool. It also lets anyone else holding the file do the same, so it goes to the counterparty and nowhere else.

What you can read, and what you cannot

You can read the passkey for a pool your vault currently holds at least one receivable in. If you sell that pool on, you lose that access. You cannot see another funder's holdings, and the public site never names you as the holder of anything.
