Glossary
Available. Registered and held in STOKR's custody vault, not yet sold.
Certificate. The on-chain record of one receivable. An ERC-721 token
carrying no metadata: tokenURI returns an empty string.
Custody vault. The address receivables are minted into and held at until a pool is sold. Operated by STOKR.
Funder. The party that buys pools and holds receivables. Needs no account to verify; a workspace is optional.
Loan ID. Your own reference for a receivable, and its identity in SPCR. See Loan ID rules.
Originator. The lender that originates receivables, registers them, groups them into pools and sells pools to funders.
Pool. An off-chain grouping of receivables sharing one passkey, sold as a single block to exactly one funder. See Pools and passkeys.
Passkey. The secret attached to a pool. With a Loan ID, it is the credential that verifies a receivable.
Receivable. One loan or invoice. The unit SPCR registers.
Receivable ID. The 256-bit identifier derived from
SHA-256( UPPERCASE(TRIM(Loan ID)) + "|" + passkey ). SPCR shows it in hex; a
block explorer shows the same number in decimal as the ERC-721 Token ID, so both
forms appear in the product.
Sold. Held by a funder's vault. A pool is sold to exactly one funder.
Tranche. A slice of a structure, expressed as a prefix on the Loan ID
(JUNIOR-...). Each tranche is its own pool.
Workspace. A participant's own subdomain, e.g. yourco.spcr.io.
