What SPCR is
The STOKR Private Credit Registry (SPCR) is a shared registry for private credit receivables. Each receivable is recorded once, on a public blockchain, and cannot be registered again. This prevents the same receivable from being pledged as collateral to more than one funder.
SPCR is operated by STOKR, a crypto asset service provider and payment institution registered with the Luxembourg regulator, the CSSF.
SPCR is a registry, not a credit committee. STOKR does not vet, rate or approve the quality of a receivable. The only automatic check SPCR performs is the uniqueness check.
Where to start
| Task | Page |
|---|---|
| Set up a new workspace | Onboarding |
| Evaluate SPCR | The problem we solve |
| Verify a pool you are being offered | Verifying a receivable |
| Register receivables as an originator | For originators and Loan ID rules |
| Review data handling | Data and privacy |
SPCR currently runs on a test network. Registration, transfer and verification operate on a public blockchain test network. No real money or real assets are involved.
During this phase, spcr.io and the demo workspaces are open to approved users; request access at spcr.io. Once SPCR runs on mainnet, verification and the registry at spcr.io will be public, with no account required.
