What SPCR is

SPCR is the STOKR Private Credit Registry. It does one thing: it records each receivable exactly once, on a public blockchain, so the same receivable cannot be pledged as collateral to two different funders.

A funder can check any receivable themselves, in seconds, without an account and without taking the originator's word for it. That last part is the point. Every other safeguard in private credit tells you what was true at the last audit. This tells you what is true now, and it does not require trusting STOKR either.

SPCR is a STOKR initiative. STOKR is a crypto asset service provider and payment institution registered with the Luxembourg regulator, the CSSF.

SPCR is a registry, not a credit committee. STOKR does not vet, rate or approve the quality of a receivable. The only judgement it makes automatically is the uniqueness check.

The public verification page is at spcr.io. No account, no sign-in, nothing to install. The demo workspaces are open to browse too, so you can look at an originator's and a funder's side of the product before deciding whether to talk to us. See Levels of access.

Everything live today runs on a test network. The flows are real, the blockchain records are real, the verification is real. No real money and no real assets are involved.
